Scars of rot and decay have slowly begun appearing on her once flawless form, though she has covered them with bandages where she could. Regina has a moderately sized bust, but she suppresses it beneath gauze and has embraced a more ambiguous appearance. A notable part of her look is that her left eye is hidden beneath an eye patch with signs of rot visible around the area. Occasionally, a bit of dead skin and rotted tissue will fall from beneath her eyepatch.
